Need Junior Cisco Voice Support Engineer

Skills :

 

3+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Cisco UC and UCC

 

Responsible for level 1 and level 2 support of all Cisco Unified communications and Cisco Unified contact center technology. 

Responsible for Level 1 and level 2 support for all Cisco network infrastructure including layer 2 switches, Routers, SBCs etc.

Provide on call support during off hours for critical incidents

Assist with MAC, and estimates to all kind of voice projects
